It seems it is kind of christmas season and like every year i take some time to bake some cookies for my friends and family. I find they make much better gifts than scrambling to buy something online that the person might not enjoy. It helps being good at baking i guess... :humble: In my opinion the most important quality of a cookie recipe is that they are easy to make, dont take forever to prep, can be frozen for later use and use common household ingredients so i can spontaneously decide to make some sugary snacks when i forget to buy my late-night chocolate. These are my favourite cookie recipes. Both take about 1-2 hours tops and make delicious cookies.
